Estimate and Pricing Questions
Does a call-out fee apply to every visit?
Yes. The call-out fee applies each time we send a plumber to your property. It covers the plumber’s travel time, fuel and service vehicle, as well as the time spent on site checking the plumbing problem and working out what needs to be done
Will the price change if you find another problem?
Only if the new problem requires work outside the original quote. If that happens, we’ll explain what we’ve found, what extra work is needed and how much it will cost. You can then decide if you want us to go ahead with the additional work.
Can you quote the job before coming to the property?
For most plumbing jobs, we need to see the problem first so we can give you an accurate price. This lets our Gold Coast plumbers check what’s causing the issue and which parts or equipment will be needed.
